Chapter 1
"Yesterday was the 12th," said the hospitals orderly to the patient as he was clearing his tray from his bedside in a room at The State Medical Center. "Today is Tuesday."
"Can you get the nurse?" asked the patient.
"Right away," said the orderly as he pulled the help cord.
The nurse came rushing in and asked the man as she tried to find his name on his chart, "What can I get you, Mr. Noland?"
"Peter, call me Peter. Did it work, did it work?" he asked as he attempted to sit up in his hospital bed.
"Your vitals are steady and all seems to be going as planned," she said. "The doctor will be in shortly to discuss where we go from here with your bone marrow transplant."

This is a story about a little girl that moves the hearts of her family members in ways they prayed about but never imagined.
