Chapter 1
Without a Trap
"It's almost Thanksgiving, just two more days!" said Ziva as she spoke to the misbehaving children that were with here as she pushed the shopping cart towards the cash register. "I wish you would all stop fighting, you are embarrassing me." She then said to herself," I have no help here. "Would you like plastic bags for your frozen items, Miss?" asked the man behind the cash register. Ziva nodded yes but did not answer him as she began to put the groceries on the counter. The man saw that the kids were a bit out of control, and that their behavior was frustrating her. For Ziva, it was total chaos. Lacy had gum in her hair and she was blaming her older brother. Two of the other kids were demanding that Ziva should "buy them something!"
